£40.00 non refundable deposit to be paid on securing your date. This will only be refunded should we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. Unable to transfer dates due to high amount of bookings.
Pay rest of the sum on the day of the party in cash = £80.00 and £4.50 per child for any pony or donkey rides ❣️
additional people over the 15 total needs to be agreed beforehand due to space and will cost an extra £6.00 per person ❣️ we can accommodate up to 28
We would need an approximate amount of people attending for booking ❣️ We can't fit anymore than 7/ 8 cars here at the farm and as we live on a lane there is nowhere to park outside. This would mean car sharing and or drop offs which works well ✅
Bring your own appropriate clothing and footwear – wellies/ boots / coats / suncream and hats for example ✅

Pony/ donkey rides are assessed on the day. This will include child's weight and weather conditions to ensure safety of all ✅ 2 or more children to ride
Must have 2 adults attending the farm party to support with supervision of the children at all times. No children to be left unsupervised.

We accept no responsibility to loss or damage of belongings or anyone attending the party. You understand this is a working farm and animals can be unpredictable despite their kind nature.
Our animals are based both indoors and outdoors. We have 2 barns where you'll meet the smaller animals but the goats, sheep, horses and donkey are outside 🌳
Our animals welfare will always come first, this could mean if they are unwell they won't be petted or greeted.
Animals will be respected.
