HOW LONG CAN WE STAY?

Each session is 1.5 hours for you and your family.

CAN WE BOOK 2 HOURS?

Sometimes we do run into 2 hours.

 

CAN WE BOOK A PONY RIDE ON THE DAY?

Pony rides are paid on the day. This will always be risk assessed and their happiness will always come first.

 

HOW LONG IS THE PONY RIDE AND WHERE WILL IT TAKE PLACE?

The pony ride will take place in the field.

 

DO WE HAVE TO PAY ADDITIONAL FOR THE ANIMALS FEED?

No, this is all included in the price.

 

CAN WE HAVE A PARTY HERE?

Yes, please make contact with the team to see what options are available. A max of 15 People for £150.00.

 

WHERE CAN WE PARK?

You will park in our drive. The farm is at the back. We look nothing like a farm from the outside.  

 

DO YOU HAVE DISABLED ACCESS?

Yes, please let the team know as you will be able to directly drive into the farm yard.

 

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS OR ALTERNATIVE DATES:

No we don’t, so please book carefully.

*Brynteg Farm Disclaimer and Release of Liability*

 

*Warning: Animal Interactions Involve Risk*

 

By participating in animal interactions, petting, feeding, or any horse activities at Brynteg Farm you acknowledge that you understand and accept the risks involved. Animals can behave unpredictably, and interactions with them may result in injury, including but not limited to scratches, bites, kicks, or falls.

 

You understand this is a working farm and this means machines or equipment will be around.

 

You understand animals can carry germs or viruses.

 

You understand surfaces are uneven or can be slippery.

 

You understand all cars must be parked inside the Farm. 

 

*Assumption of Risk*

 

You understand that animal interactions, including horse riding, petting, and feeding, involve inherent risks, including the risk of injury or death. You assume all risks associated with these activities and release, waive, and hold harmless Brynteg Farm, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability for any injury or damage you or your child may suffer.

 

Adverse weather conditions may mean sessions are changed. You are not entitled to a refund unless Brynteg Farm advises. 

 

*Rules and Regulations*

 

- Parental supervision is required at all times. Your child is your responsibility to keep safe.

- Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult and supervised and supported at all times. 

- No feeding or touching animals without permission from Farm staff.

- Please approach animals calmly and quietly.

- Do not run, scream, or make sudden movements around animals.

- Wash hands before and after interacting with animals.

 

*Horse Riding and Interaction*

 

- Horse riding and interaction activities are available to participants who have been approved by Farm staff.

- Participants must wear helmets to ride and follow instructions from Farm staff.

- Participants must be aware of their surroundings and follow safety guidelines.

- Aware horses can bite, headbutt and kick no matter the supervision. 

- Parents / guardians are responsible for child supervision and safety at all times which may include taking part ie walking beside child riding or leading. 

 

*Farm Camp, Pony Camp and Horse Interaction*

 

- If your child is attending pony or farm camp, you agree that there are risks associated with horse interaction and riding, and you will not hold Brynteg Farm responsible for injury or death.

- You agree to leaving your child here for the duration of the camp and that they can follow rules safely.

- Horses come with risk.

- farm camp will include forest school play and is accessed via the lane. 

 

*CCTV Recording*

 

- You understand that CCTV cameras are recording on the farm for security and safety purposes.

 

*Medical Conditions*

 

Please inform Farm staff of any medical conditions or allergies that may affect your participation in animal interactions or horse riding activities.

 

*Photography and Media Release*

 

By participating in activities at Brynteg Farm, you grant permission for Brynteg Farm to use your image, likeness, and voice in promotional materials, social media, and other publications unless you state before. 

 

*Acknowledgement*

 

By booking or attending you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this Disclaimer and Release of Liability. You understand that you are participating in animal interactions and/or horse riding activities at my own risk and release Brynteg Farm from any liability.

 

Agreed for booking, competition wins, gifts and attendance.
